Life History

Multivoltine on Block Island and common throughout the warm months; associated with more open habitats.

Identification

Distinctive and the only member of its genus across most of the eastern US and southern Canada, with overlap with boreal congeners, but easily confused in CA with the far West species U. profundalis.
