Life History

Evidently univoltine on Block Island, flying mainly July and August. iNaturalist data indicate that it is univoltine across its range, flying July and August in the northern part of its range (Northeast, Midwest, southern Canada) and August and September in the southern part (Mid-Atlantic and upland South).
